Whether you are planning a corporate event, a family reunion, or your large group just wants to enjoy the water, Agua Verde Paddle Club can create a group reservation that works for you! We offer Limited Group Reservations that accommodate groups of 12 to 40 kayakers, and you’ll have the option to add one or more guides to make your outing into a tour. For groups larger than 40, please contact us directly at tours@aguaverde.com for information on how we can accommodate your group. 1. Plan the Reservation
- Designate a Group Organizer to be our primary contact.
- Reservations are a minimum of 12 kayakers and 2 hours in length.
- Reservations are only available on weekdays.
- We schedule one group reservation per day, so organize early!
- There must be a 1:1 ratio of children (under 18) to adults . Kids 17 and under can not be in singles or paddle boards, they must be in the front of a double with a parent or Guardian in the back.
2. Fill out the Group Reservation Request
- Group Organizer should fill out Request Form
- Request your equipment (single/double kayaks)
- Add a guide to make it a tour!
3. Confirm Details
- We will contact the group organizer to discuss your reservation
4. Complete Deposit & Sign Agreement
- We will follow up with an email requesting the Group Reservation Agreement Form signed and returned by the group organizer
- Once this is received we will send an email request for a 50% deposit on the cost of the reservation
- After the deposit is complete your reservation is confirmed
5. Getting on the Water
- Your group should arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled reservation time
- The event coordinator must be present to help our staff organize the launch
- Reservations include 1 launch and 1 land. If group members arrive late, we can delay the launch, but the return time will not be changed. Late participants cannot launch separately from the group.
- All changes to a reservation must be requested at least two weeks before the scheduled reservation
6. Enjoy your Paddle!
- Before launch we will provide life jackets and dry bags.
- We’ll send you down to the dock where we will help you into your equipment.
- The group will be launched all together.
- We’ll give you instructions and safety information before you leave the dock.
