Large Group Reservations
Planning a corporate event, family reunion, school outing, team paddle or custom group tour? Agua Verde Paddle Club can help organize a weekday group reservation that gets everyone launched together and out on the water.
How Large Group Reservations Work
Our Limited Group Reservations are designed for groups of 12 to 40 paddlers. These reservations are ideal for organized groups that want a clear launch time, coordinated equipment and a smoother arrival experience.
How to Organize a Large Group Reservation
A little advance planning helps your group launch smoothly. Please review the steps below before submitting your request.
Plan the Reservation
- Designate one Group Organizer as our primary contact.
- Reservations require a minimum of 12 paddlers and 2 hours.
- Reservations are available on weekdays only.
- We schedule one group reservation per day, so please organize early.
- There must be a 1:1 ratio of children under 18 to adults.
- Kids 17 and under cannot be in singles or paddleboards. They must ride in the front of a double kayak with a parent or guardian in the back.
Fill Out the Request
- The Group Organizer should complete the request form below.
- Request your preferred equipment, including single and double kayaks.
- Add a guide if you would like to turn the outing into a custom tour.
Confirm the Details
- We will contact the Group Organizer to discuss your reservation.
- We will review group size, timing, equipment needs and any special details.
- We can help clarify what setup makes the most sense for your group.
Deposit & Agreement
- We will email the Group Reservation Agreement Form to be signed and returned.
- Once received, we will send a request for a 50% deposit.
- After the deposit is complete, your reservation is confirmed.
Getting on the Water
Arrive & Launch
- Your group should arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled reservation time.
- The event coordinator must be present to help our staff organize the launch.
- Reservations include one launch and one land.
- If group members arrive late, we can delay the launch, but the return time will not be changed.
- Late participants cannot launch separately from the group.
- All reservation changes must be requested at least two weeks before the scheduled reservation.
Enjoy Your Paddle
- Before launch, we will provide life jackets and dry bags.
- We’ll send your group down to the dock and help everyone into their equipment.
- The group will be launched together.
- We’ll provide instructions and safety information before you leave the dock.

Complete our online Large Group Reservation Request Form when you are ready. Please have your estimated group size, preferred date, desired equipment and any special requests ready before you begin.
Large group reservations are not confirmed until the agreement is returned and the deposit is complete.
